Terms and Disclaimer

These baseline terms keep the supervisor shell honest while CrewSlate remains local-first and review-gated. They are not legal advice and must be replaced with owner/legal-approved terms before public launch.

• CrewSlate is provided here for repo-local pilot evaluation and owner handoff; live deployment, customer onboarding, production data mutation, and outbound communications remain owner-gated.
• Supervisors remain responsible for validating labor rules, eligibility, coverage decisions, approval history, recipient contact accuracy, and exported schedules before operational use.
• CrewSlate schedule suggestions and autofill controls are decision-support tools, not a substitute for manager review, applicable labor law, union rules, licensing requirements, or workplace policy.
• Users must not upload sensitive data beyond what is necessary for roster, availability, qualification, and contact workflows.
• Public use requires owner-approved terms covering account authority, acceptable use, privacy/data processing, warranty disclaimers, liability limits, support obligations, suspension/removal, and governing law.
